Dear Parents and Carers,
Rother Valley Motivation Reward Trip – Year 6
As we approach the end of the school year, we are delighted to offer our Year 6 pupils the opportunity to take part in a special Reward Trip to Rother Valley on Tuesday 14th July. This trip has been planned as a motivational reward to encourage children to continue demonstrating the high standards of behaviour, respect and responsibility that we expect through The Reignhead Way right up until the end of term.
Children who continue to make positive choices and uphold our school expectations will be able to enjoy this well-deserved celebration with their classmates.
Children should arrive at school at the normal time. We will be walking to and from Rother Valley and will return to school before the end of the normal school day.
As we will be spending the entire day outdoors, all pupils should come to school wearing their PE kit and be dressed appropriately for the weather.
Please ensure your child brings:
- A packed lunch
- A refillable water bottle
- Sun cream (applied before school if possible)
- A sun hat or cap
- Sensible, comfortable shoes suitable for outdoor activities
As this is a reward trip, we expect all pupils to continue demonstrating the excellent behaviour and positive attitudes they have shown throughout the year. We are confident that everyone will represent the school well. However, if a pupil is unable to follow our school rules in the lead-up to the visit, we may need to review whether they are able to take part.
We are looking forward to a fun and memorable day.
