Welcome to Reignhead Primary School and Nursery 

Welcome to our website and to Reignhead Primary School and nursery. We are a warm, welcoming school with just over 300 pupils on roll, serving the community of Beighton and surrounding areas. We also benefit from our own on-site Nursery where flexible, part-time options are available. The majority of our children, therefore, begin their educational journey with us at 3 years old and remain at Reignhead until they are 11 years of age and starting secondary school.

We know what a big decision choosing the right school is, and at Reignhead we take pride in the fact that we know each child extremely well; it’s important to us that every child feels valued and, quite simply, loves coming to school! We have a recent Good Ofsted rating (January 2020) and we are passionate about Reignhead children achieving the highest possible standards in their work, in their attitudes to life and as good citizens. Our B.E.S.T. Core Values are at the heart of everything that we do. We are also recognised by the Teacher Development Trust for the high quality training and continuing professional development offered to our staff and I am immensely proud of the knowledge, skill, warmth and professionalism that the staff here consistently demonstrate.
