Red Nose Day letter12 March 2026 (by admin) |
Red Nose Day - Friday 20th March 2026
This March we are excited to be raising money for Comic Relief 2026. As one of the UK’s biggest fundraising events, Red Nose Day brings the entire nation together to raise money and we know that Reignhead loves to be a part of this special day, which will include the following:
|
Make a £1 donation and wear something funny for money! |
Come to school dressed for fun and giggles! This could mean donning a funny costume; wearing clothing/ hair in a funny way; wearing something that makes you and your friends laugh; or simply digging out your brightest socks…just bring a LAUGH! You could also wear something RED. |
|
Design your own red nose - 50p |
Design a red nose (on the given sheet) that will make us all LAUGH! Return it to school by Wednesday 18th March (attaching 50p) and be in with the chance of winning a class prize. |
|
Buy a Red Nose bun for 50p |
Our fabulous RAF group and teachers are making and decorating Red Nose Day buns – buy one for 50p. |
|
Buy a Red Nose for £2.00 |
Red Noses will be on sale in school from Monday 16th March. This year they are priced at £2.00 each. |
All the money we raise helps to support vulnerable people and communities in the UK and internationally. To find out more about Red Nose Day visit https://www.comicrelief.com/rednoseday/
Please don’t feel that you have to donate for all of the above activities – any donation will be most appreciated.
Thank you in anticipation and we look forward to raising lots of money for this important charity.
