Dear Parents/Carers,

Please find a link below to book a place for your child for Martial Arts After School Club for January/February up to February half term. 

Please make payment either via the correct money in a named envelope to the School Office, or by BACS to the provider. (Please find payment details within the booking form).

Thursday Martial Arts After School Club for children in Rec - Year 6 (limited to 30 children) starting Thursday 15th January (5 weeks in total)
