Milk letter - January-March 2026 (Reception - Y6)10 December 2025 (by admin) |
Dear Parents/Carers,
Milk Money January – March 2026
As you may be aware payment for school milk will be due again soon for the spring term 2026. The charge for next term is £12.65 which entitles your child/ren to have milk up to March 27th.
FREE MILK IS AVAILABLE FOR PUPILS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO INCOME-BASED FREE SCHOOL MEALS. BUT THIS STILL NEEDS TO BE REORDERED. IF YOU WOULD LIKE THEM TO HAVE MILK PLEASE LET US KNOW BY EMAILING US AT enquiries@reignhead.sheffield.sch.uk AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. CHILDREN IN RECEPTION ARE ENTITLED TO FREE MILK UNTIL THE AGE OF FIVE.
Payments for milk are now paid on ParentPay. If you wish to pay by cash, please collect a barcoded letter from the school office asap so that you can pay at one of the local Paypoints. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY MONDAY JANUARY 5th AT THE LATEST.
If we do not receive an email or payment by this date, we will assume that your child/ren do not wish to have school milk and NO MILK WILL BE ORDERED FOR THEM. Please make sure that your child/ren know that they are NOT entitled to milk until we receive payment.
If there are any queries regarding payment by the above date or you need help setting up your ParentPay account, please see the office staff.
Yours sincerely,
Reignhead Primary School
